Arthi is a graduate in Commerce and she has worked as an accountant in a Hardware Shop prior to working with TVRLS. She has around 6 years experience in accounting.

In TVRLS, She manages and executes all accounting related activities. She maintains petty cash, issues cheques and cash vouchers, manages books of accounts and monthly statements.

She handles matters relating to Professional Tax and Service Tax for Bangalore Office. Apart from accounting, she handles housekeeping, stationery management and Office management.

Geetha Ramakrishnan

A Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing and Foreign trade) from Loyola College of Business Administration, she has a rich 19 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Training & People Development.

Prior to joining TVRLS, Geetha was the Zone Head (South) - Corporate Training & Development and Head-Content & Continued Education at TATA AIG Life Insurance Co, Bangalore. Her strategic role included Consulting with Business Units to assess the emerging Business Opportunities and desired People Capabilities to meet the organizational objectives, create a Training & Development Strategy along with a comprehensive framework of Functional, Behavioral & Leadership Interventions to support the strategy deployment, Develop content in-house and in partnership with learning & development experts for both calendarised and customized interventions in the training framework. She was also responsible for introducing alternative learning methodologies to complement the conventional training approach and enable organizational transition from 'training' to 'learning' and Measure Training Effectiveness to gauge changes in people behavior, enhanced capabilities and desired business impact

Her other corporate experience includes Oriflame Swedish Cosmetics, Chennai as a Sales Manager, Sterling Tree Magnum, Chennai as Assistant Manager-Marketing Services, Marketing Events & Press Relations. Nandini Chawla

An Electrical Engineer and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai she began her career with TITAN Industries Ltd, initially in the Watch division handling a line Sales responsibility and subsequently with the Jewellery division (TANISHQ) in the Retailing & Product Management functions. Thereafter she joined Indus League Clothing Ltd, handling the Scullers Brand. Her professional experience in successful marketing driven organisations spans Sales, Retailing, Product management and Brand management.

She brings to the table a live business exposure as a successful line manager, having interacted, managed & dealt with sales professionals, subordinates, peers, senior management and above all Customers. She has completed the Basic Human Processes lab offered by ISABS and is MBTI accredited.

She is the CEO and Co-Founder of T V Rao Learning Systems. She set up the Bangalore Office in 2001 HR and OD Consulting assignments:

Dr Raju Rao

Raju Rao is a postgraduate in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from XLRI Jamshedpur (1994 Batch)and Ph. D. in Management from M.S. University of Baroda (2008), he worked for four years in the Corporate Personnel Department of the Torrent Group, Ahmedabad and joined with TVRLS in 1998. He has more than a decade of rich experience in the field of HRD. His areas of specialization include HRD Audit, 360-Degree Feedback, Performance Management Systems, Competency mapping and Assessment Development Centers. He has also conducted workshops on Team Building, Consulting Tools and Psychological testing. He has been trained exclusively in Psychological testing (MBTI) and consulting interventions at NTL, Bethel (USA).

Currently, he is a senior consultant at TVRLS. He is involved in core HRD interventions. Performance Management Systems, 360 Degree feedback, HRD Audit, Leadership Development, Competency Mapping, Managerial Effectiveness.He is actively involved as an assessor in Assessment & Development Centers for Assessors’ training, designing instruments for development centers, conducting the DC and in developing DC manuals for various companies. He has been a key resource in the certificate programs of Competency Mapping, 360 Degree Feedback and HRD audit offered by TVRLS. He has consulted in the international arena as well in the form of workshops on Performance Management Systems and 360 DF for the Mauritius Quality Institute at Mauritius, Competency Mapping workshop for the team of Action Aid in Hanoi and is currently working on 360 DF implementation for a leading company in Indonesia.

He has conducted courses for Mauritian Quality Institute, XPertise of Commercial Bank, Sri Lanka. He has conducted seminars for CII Ahmedabad and Kolkatta. He as taught HRD courses in NIRMA, Academy of HRD and Aurora Business School. He has co-edited two volumes of the book on ‘360-Degree Feedback and Performance management Systems’. Moushumi Dey

Moushumi Dey is an MBA with a specialization in Operations. She pursued her executive development programme in Talent Management from Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI),Jamshedpur.She has also completed her Diploma in Personnel Management and Diploma in Advertising & PR.

The multiple certifications she holds includes, Certificate in Competency Mapping, Competency based HRM, Certification in Compensation & Benefits and is a Certified Psychometrician & an Assessor.

She is also a 'V Skills' Certificate holder awarded by the Govt. of India in HR Manager and Performance Appraisal Manager. She has also completed the Basic Human Processes lab offered by ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science). She is currently pursuing her Diploma in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training& Development (ISTD).

A judicious professional, she has close to 18 years of rich cross cultural work experience in the areas of HRM/HRD. She began her career with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation PTA India in the year 1999.

She was adroit in designing & implementing measures aimed at enhancing process efficiency, organizational effectiveness and employee potential. At Mitsubishi, she was instrumental in implementing different HR systems & Employee Engagement activities, Skill and Competencies Identification and mapping. She was actively involved in identifying training needs and preparing training modules on various topics including measurement of ‘Training Effectiveness'. She also effectively maintained Integrated Management Systems in HRD based on the company policy, in order to have suitable Standard of Quality Management systems.

Ravi Varma

Ravi has a Masters in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the School of Labor and Industrial Relations of Michigan State University. At graduate school he worked as a research assistant where he did a comparative analysis of contracts between support staff unions and universities across US.

He has experience of over a decade in Human Resources. He started his HR career with Synapse India Management Consultants where he was involved in consulting, outsourcing and training projects. He was part of the team which set up and managed outsourced projects in HR operations and training processes at large MNCs like Texas Instruments, Novell Software, Wipro, GE etc. His consulting assignments included Job Study, developing Job Descriptions and Competency Mapping for different functions and across levels for organizations like Synthite, Synthesis Coil Winding, LuLu International Exchange, Wendt India etc.

He is passionate about training and has done behavioral training programs for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd for their junior and middle managements. Prior to joining TVRLS, he was working with TATA Teleservices as a Trainer for Kerala circle. As part of the Sales, Service and Retail Team at TATA Teleservices, Ravi had done assessments, as an internal assessor, for the retail employees of the Tamilnadu Circle across different locations. These assessments were conducted to assess retail employees against the competencies defined for the level.

As a Senior Consultant at TVRLS, he is actively involved in key HRD interventions such as 360 Degree Feedback, Competency Mapping, HRD Audit and Assessment Development Centres. He also facilitates sessions for our flagship certificate courses in,"Designing and Implementing Assessment Development Centers" and "Competency Mapping". Anupama Vadiraj

An Electrical Engineering Graduate (B.E. Electrical) and an M.Tech. from Maulana Azad College of Technology, Bhopal, (1970 and 1973), V. K. Jain did his P.G. Dip. in Industrial engineering from T.I.P.I.E. Madras (NPC) in Engineering & Management (1977).

A Post - Graduate from Bangalore University, Anupama is a qualified Industrial and Organizational Psychologist.

As a Consulting Executive with TVRLS, Anupama works in the areas of 360 Degree Feedback, Assessment and Development Center, Performance Management Systems, Psychometric Tests and Competency Mapping.She was a lead assessor for multiple Assessment Development Centers conducted for VAL-Jharsuguda, VAL-Lanjigarh, Sterlite Copper-Tuticorin, Allstate-Bangalore, BALCO and Mahindra Mom & Me. She was actively involved in Competency Mapping projects at Allstate, Volvo and Balmer Lawrie (UAE). She was also actively involved in HRD Audit conducted for the GMR Group.

She is the program manager for the Advanced Learning Programs - Designing and Implementing Assessment Development Centers and Competency Mapping. She facilitates sessions in the certificate programs of Advanced Learning Program. She has also coordinated programs in B-Schools like Acharya Institutes and Christ University.

She has also been actively involved in the in-house magazine "Perfect Professional".

Her areas of interest include understanding about the human psyche and deep diving into the impact that HR interventions have on people.

Sufyan Shehbaz

Sufyan has a Masters in Human Resources Managementfrom Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies. Prior to joining TVRLS he worked as an intern at TUV Rheinland India Pvt. Ltd. and contributed in the area of enhancing the workforce practices as a part of People Capability Maturity Model-2.5 certification for the organization.

As a Consulting Executive with TVRLS, Sufyan works in the areas of 360 Degree Feedback, Assessment Development Center and Competency Mapping. He has been coordinating for multiple Assessment Development Centers conducted for the Sesa Goa (Goa), Sterlite Copper (Tuticorin), Vedanta Aluminum (Jharsuguda), Allstate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Bangalore) and Allstate Brand Operations(Pune). He was actively involved in Competency Mapping projects at Allstate.

He played an active role in HRD Audit project conducted for the GMR Group. He also handles the in-house website "Perfect Professional"-an online learning platform which offers 'On Line certificate programs' for managers, students, instructors, HR professionals and other curious learners.

Dr. Nidhi Vashishth

  A Ph.D in Training and development, she started her career as an Executive HR. In the last few years she has gathered a rich experience in vast domain of Human Resource Management and Development. Her recent experience was as a Director for IRM Jodhpur. She was responsible for effective conduct of PGDM program guided by AICTE. As an Institution Builder, she also took some major decisions for long term benefit of the institute, besides taking academic classes in HRM.

While being associated with NIS Sparta as a Trainer, she has trained senior, middle management and front line staff of Reliance Communications in various areas like team building, leadership, corporate etiquette, motivation, selling skills, customer skills, Induction Training etc. She has the experience of training Railway staff on Customer effectiveness. As a NET qualified academician she handles HRM related subjects in MBA and BBA programs.

Dr. V Ammineedu

Dr. Ammineedu holds a Ph D in management from Manipal University, Masters in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Madras University, Bachelors in Engineering from Andhra University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Delhi University.

Dr. Ammineedu is a senior HR Professional with over 4 decades of Industrial, Research and Consulting experience. In the course of a distinguished career he served in various capacities including as a CEO of two manufacturing units, Operational Director of eight manufacturing units and CEO of US operations. He was on the Boards of Directors at BEL and GE-BEL Joint Venture.

His expertise includes 360 Degree Feedback and Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Mentoring in Organisations, Succession planning and growth of Internal leadership Talent, Competency Mapping and Assessment and Development Centers, Performance Management Systems, Psychometric Testing, Organizational Diagnosis, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Restructuring. His consulting experience includes a good number of prestigious companies in private sector, public sector and multinationals.

During his tenure at BEL, he successfully mentored several executives and has been actively pursuing his interest in the field of coaching with an advanced course from the Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC) and coaching several senior professionals. His passion for management and leadership has led him to pursue research in the areas of Personality, Leadership and Spirituality in management and his research findings are leading to new concepts in Leadership.

Kirpal Singh

Kirpal Singh has a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Masters Degree in Sociology. He is an accredited T-Group / Sensitivity Labs trainer. He is also one of the few qualified MBTI Trainers in India, certified by the Association of Psychological Types , USA. He is also an experienced faculty in the field of Applied Behavioural Science and has vast experience of designing and conducting in house training programmes for several organisations both in the public as well as the private sector.

He has been a visiting faculty to various Management Institutes such as IMT, Ghaziabad, MDI Gurgaon and Fore School of Management, for teaching a paper on "OD & Management of Change" to MBA students. He has been actively associating with MDI and a few other organisations for designing and conducting need based in house training programmes.

He has facilitated a number of Sensitivity Training Labs for the Board Members-top and middle management personnel, Doctors, Teachers, Trainers, Engineer Trainees/Executive Trainees/ Management Trainees of various organisations-both in public and private sector, NGOs and for MBA students. Prasenjit Ganguly

Prasenjit, an alumnus of St Xavier's College & XLRI, Jamshedpur ( batch of 1986), has over the past two and half decades worked in well known corporate like Tata Steel, The Oberois, ABC Consultants, Zensar Technologies, Healthscribe India, Hinduja Global Services & Macmillan Publishing. During the last 20 years he has held senior & global leadership HR roles and has had extensive & rich work experience in India, Singapore, UK/Europe & USA. Prasenjit currently is the Partner-Director of Fructus Consultants, a HR firm specializing in Leadership & CXO search.

Prasenjit started his career from hard core PM & IR domain and slowly moved into other sub systems of HR in areas like Recruitment, Performance Management, Communication, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Learning, Systems & Policies, etc. Thereafter with global exposure came numerous opportunities to work closely with expats as well as to manage cross cultural team members in countries like Singapore, UK, Australia & USA. These stints have been hugely useful in understanding the importance of recognizing global best practices in different genres of business pertaining to People issues, Cultural sensitivity & Inclusiveness. Ms. Shraboni Mazumdar

  An MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, she began her career with Titan Industries Limited in the HR function. She then moved as Head of HR India-Herbalife International India (posted in Bangalore and thereafter London). After a short stint as Head HR in Mindteck India, she moved as Divisional HR Head, Business Solutions Division, WiproInfotech. She was also associated with IIM Bangalore working in the areas of research and consulting, for a brief period. Since the last 6 years she has been a freelance consultant working with the 'Business Behavior Management Group' as well as TVRLS and ODPL-Singapore.

She brings to table, a rich industry experience having worked in Senior HR management roles in premier companies of India. Her experience includes all areas of HR including Performance Management, Selection and Training, Assessment Development Centers etc. in various industries including IT and Consumer durables.

Her assignments include Strategic HR management, developing HR strategies that partner with business as well as consulting experience in evolving HR philosophy, strategy, processes and systems for foreign companies setting up operations in India. This has given her a business focus coupled with organizational diagnostic experience, strong process orientation and extensive experience in creating, validating and improving effectiveness of HR processes.

She has extensive experience in delivering training programs as well as Assessment and Development Centers. The clients that she has worked for, as a consultant over the last few years include SemIndia Systems, Target Corporation India, Cairn India, Airtel, ITC TVT, ANZIT, ITC, Herbalife International India and GPI. V K Jain

An Electrical Engineering Graduate (B.E. Electrical) and an M.Tech. from Maulana Azad College of Technology, Bhopal, (1970 and 1973), V. K. Jain did his P.G. Dip. in Industrial engineering from T.I.P.I.E. Madras (NPC) in Engineering & Management (1977).

V. K. Jain is a Professional member of the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences (ISABS) since 1981. He is a Qualified M.B.T.I. Trainer (from the association of Psychological type, A.P.T. U.S.A) and a certified 360 Degree Feedback trainer from TVRLS Ahmedabad. He is also a certified lead assessor for ISO systems. He is a certified Assessor for Designing and conducting Assessment Centers from TVRLS.

HR and OD assignments at BHEL: Mr. Jain has a total of 34 years of working experience in Human Resource Development, of BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS, (Bhel) at Bhopal since 1975. He has many accomplishments to his credit at BHEL, Bhopal. These include: Designing and implementing O.D. strategies at Bhel (Bhopal unit in particular and corporate); carrying out organizational analysis and diagnostic studies and implementation of various organization development strategies; Designing and implementation of strategies for employee involvement (e.g. Participative Management, Quality Circle Movement, Suggestion Scheme, Health Awareness, Company Information Programme, Planning for Retirement, and open Communication Forums, ISO 9000 Awareness &TQM); Implementation of performance management system and competency mapping; Designing interventions for creating a value based culture and reinforcement through mechanisms; Designing strategies for retraining of employees and job rotation; Assessment of competency requirement for various roles in different functions and levels, and designing strategies to bridge the competency gaps through HRD interventions.
