Program for B school-An initiative taken by TVRLS in 2011 to reach out to the B-schools and the aspiring students who would like to have a platform to enhance their understanding of Human Resources and its dimensions! The primary objective is to enable them to have practical understanding of certain core HR processes and facilitate in bridging the gap between theory and reality. We prepare them right from when they are at the grass root level.

Today, HR as a function plays a very important role in managing & developing people for business profit. For this purpose, HR professional needs to know and be aware of core HRD processes that can help manage talent and create intellectual capital in an organization. While present day business schools prepare young minds to deal with various processes associated with the HR function, there is a need to delve deeper into the practical aspects of certain core HR interventions, to prepare role holders to contribute effectively to the organization they join

We have designed two courses under this:

-aimed mainly for HR professionals/students/aspirants. This course includes Program in Performance Management System, Program in Assessment and Development Center, Program in Competency Mapping and Program in 360 Degree Feedback.

-aimed for anyone who would like to engage in self development. This course includes session on Personal Effectiveness, Achievement Motivation and Goal Setting, Interviews and Clearing the Final Frontier, and Communication Skills.
