He started his career as an Associate in the in the area of Learning and Development function of Ernst and Young (EY) supporting the Middle East North Africa (MENA) regions. Later on he moved to the Performance Management function for the same region where he had the responsibility for organizing performance rating review committees, which had Partners & Directors, and releasing the same to all employees of the region. He was also part of the testing team which conducted the pre-release test for the ‘Success factors’ module of SAP for the entire MENA region.
As an Executive Consultant with TVRLS, Rohit has been actively involved in the design and delivery of Assessment Development Centers. He has been part of over 17 Assessment Development Centers conducted for companies across Manufacturing, IT – ITes& Service Industries. He has also been part of HRD Audit and Competency Mapping projects.
