Sangeetha Venkatesh

HR Executive Consultant- Talent Management & OD Consultant, Bangalore

Sangeetha has one year of experience in the field of Consulting. She holds a master’s in Human Resource Management from Jain University, Bangalore. She started her career in the year 2023.

As a Consultant for Learning and Talent Development at TVRLS, Sangeetha has been involved in Contributing to Project Management for Consultancy Projects, Coordination and anchoring back-end work for TVRLS workshops, MDPs, Seminars, Assessment Development Centres, etc.

Sangeetha has anchored over 50 assessment centers, contributed to the design and delivery of assessment tools, and played a significant role in competency mapping. She is also experienced in creating 360-degree feedback reports and has designed and implemented end-to-end induction programs for lateral hires in her previous role as an HR Business Partner at Udaan.

TVRLS conducted a workshop on BSC for 2days for Sr. Executives of SJVN at Shimla. The Assessment Center (AC) developed by TVRLS for us is being used in our Operators selection process.
