Yatik holds an MBA with a specialization in HR and Analytics from PES University. He started his career with TVRLS in 2024.

Yatik’s education provided him with an understanding of Human Resource management and the application of data analytics in decision-making. He further enriched his practical knowledge through a 5-month internship at TVRLS, where he actively engaged in multiple projects and gained hands-on experience. Additionally, Yatik enhanced his expertise by completing specialized certification offered by TVRLS.

TVRLS conducted a workshop on BSC for 2days for Sr. Executives of SJVN at Shimla. It gives me great pleasure to pen down on record that the content, concept, clarity, and presentations were not only appreciable, but also absolutely unparalleled. The faculty should be applauded for the way she conducted the group of such senior people, she reached out effectively to one and all and made the workshop a good interactive session.

The Assessment Center (AC) developed by TVRLS for us is being used in our Operators selection process. The tools designed are very beneficial for us to identify the prospective employees who are aligned to our company philosophy and most importantly have the desired competencies. Our internal resources who received training from TVRLS have been able to realize the importance & benefits of ACs and they enjoy conducting it every time.

TV Rao Learning System' have provided us with excellent support for conducting assessment centres. The team is exceptionally brilliant and brings to the table its extensive experience and expertise.
