Kritika has ten years of experience in the field of Marketing and three years in the field of Consulting. She holds a master’s in Marketing Management from Sadhana Center for Management and Leadership Development, Pune. She started her career in the year 2007 with GVK EMRI-108 Services in Hyderabad where she helped spread awareness and build the brand image for the then newly launched 108 emergency services.

She has handled marketing activities for companies like Resil Chemicals, Triveni Turbines and the Brigade group, where she was involved in initiating and driving marketing campaigns and all related ATL / BTL activities.

As a Consultant for Learning and Talent Development at TVRLS, Kritika has been involved in the Design and Delivery of Assessment Development Centres.

TVRLS conducted a workshop on BSC for 2days for Sr. Executives of SJVN at Shimla. The faculty should be applauded for the way she conducted the group of such senior people, she reached out effectively to one and all and made the workshop a good interactive session.

The Assessment Center (AC) developed by TVRLS for us is being used in our Operators selection process. The tools designed are very beneficial for us to identify the prospective employees who are aligned to our company philosophy and most importantly have the desired competencies.
