Yatik has 1.5 years of experience in Talent Management and Organization Development. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and Business Analytics from PES University, Bengaluru, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Acharya Bangalore Business School. He is also certified in Competency Mapping by TVRLS and holds a Global Collaboration Certificate from X-Culture.

Since joining TVRLS, Yatik has been involved in a variety of consulting assignments in the areas of competency mapping, assessment and development centers (ADCs), 360-degree feedback, and organizational diagnostics. His work includes designing assessment tools, end-to-end coordination of ADC projects, preparing reports, supporting data-driven consulting deliverables, and coordinating TVRLS certificate programs.

Yatik’s prior experience includes a teaching assistantship at PES University, where he contributed to curriculum design, lecture support, and material development for HR courses such as Organizational Behavior and Employee Engagement. He has also held leadership positions in student-driven clubs and community initiatives, where he honed his skills in communication, program design, and facilitation.

In addition to his consulting work, Yatik is passionate about writing and has published articles on HR trends and practices. His work has appeared in The Business Manager and the International Journal of Novel Research and Development. He also maintains a personal blog, Mehta on the Map, where he reflects on the evolving landscape of human resources.
