As a TVRLS Consultant, he interacts with multiple stakeholders, has continuous coordination with clients, customers and internal stakeholders, and anchors all consulting back-end activities for the Assessment development centre, Leadership development through 360D feedback, HRD Audit including report writing and trend analysis. Participates as an assessor in development centres for junior levels, contributes to designing new cases, tools and exercises for development initiatives, and collects and analyses data on various assignments and projects. He assists prospective clients and customers by helping them understand TVRLS products and services also drafts proposals and conducts preliminary rounds of business development.

He has completed the X-Culture Global collaboration course involving two months of practical experience as a member of a Global virtual team and theoretical training. He contributed to developing a high-quality business plan for a multinational company collaborating with people from 4 other nations.

His experience as a Human Resource Intern at Café Coffee Day Corporate in June 2022, gave him immense exposure to a COVID-19 hit market. Where he conducted and managed recruiting, selecting, hiring and onboarding, led campus hiring and job fairs, dealt with and resolved employee grievances and offered support to the talent pool of the organization.
