Sampada is an HR professional with over seven years of experience in the industry. She has completed her master’s in human resource management at the Institute for Management Education and Research in Belgaum.

She started her career as an IT recruiter with CareerNet Consulting Private Limited and closed niche positions for MNCs like Qualcomm, Intel, and Broadcom in the semiconductor sector. She has also worked as a freelance IT recruiter for Internet startups such as Meesho, MetaMap, Glance-InMobi, etc. She then worked with Newwave Computing Pvt Ltd as an HR business partner for a team of IT service engineers and handled the end-to-end HR lifecycle.

Owing to her keen interest in starting a career in the learning and development field she completed a higher national diploma in training and development offered by ISTD New Delhi. As a learning and talent development consultant, she has been associated with the TVRLS team for over 2 years and has been assisting in designing and delivering assessment and development centres. She has been a part of 50+ Assessment centres.

TVRLS conducted a workshop on BSC for 2days for Sr. Executives of SJVN at Shimla. The faculty should be applauded for the way she conducted the group of such senior people, she reached out effectively to one and all and made the workshop a good interactive session.

The Assessment Center (AC) developed by TVRLS for us is being used in our Operators selection process. The tools designed are very beneficial for us to identify the prospective employees who are aligned to our company philosophy and most importantly have the desired competencies.
