Prior to joining TVRLS, she worked with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation PTA India where she contributed to Designing & implementing various initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and employee potential. She was also instrumental in implementing different HR systems & Employee Engagement activities, Skill and Competencies Identification and mapping. Along with identifying training needs she also designed various training modules. She conducted awareness sessions on TQM (Kaizen, Quality Control Circles, etc.). She participated in many State, National and International competitions organized by the Quality Circle Forum of India.
