TVRLS conducted a workshop on BSC for 2days for Sr. Executives of SJVN at Shimla. It gives me great pleasure to pen down on record that the content, concept, clarity, and presentations were not only appreciable, but also absolutely unparalleled. The faculty should be applauded for the way she conducted the group of such senior people, she reached out effectively to one and all and made the workshop a good interactive session.

The Assessment Center (AC) developed by TVRLS for us is being used in our Operators selection process. The tools designed are very beneficial for us to identify the prospective employees who are aligned to our company philosophy and most importantly have the desired competencies. Our internal resources who received training from TVRLS have been able to realize the importance & benefits of ACs and they enjoy conducting it every time.
