While present-day business schools prepare young minds to deal with various processes associated with the HR function, there is a need to delve deeper into the practical aspects of certain core HR interventions, to prepare students to contribute effectively and hit the ground running in the organizations they join.
TVRLS has been actively reaching out to Management and Business Schools and aspiring students to provide a platform to enhance their understanding of Talent Management and Talent Development.
The primary objective is to facilitate a practical understanding of core Talent Identification and Management practices and bridge the gap between theory and reality.
Over the last two decades, TVRLS has conducted over 40 certificate programs for students in the areas of Performance Management systems, HRD Audit, Competency Mapping, and 360 Degree Feedback based Leadership Development.
Over 1000 students have attended the programs and have benefitted in their placements and in actively contributing to the organizations that they have joined.
