TVRLS conducted a workshop on BSC for 2days for Sr. Executives of SJVN at Shimla. The Assessment Center (AC) developed by TVRLS for us is being used in our Operators selection process. The tools designed are very beneficial for us to identify the prospective employees who are aligned to our company philosophy and most importantly have the desired competencies.
