She comes with rich and varied hands-on experience in various human capability-building roles and has worked extensively in facilitating corporates with their end-to-end HR processes.
Following her internship with Tata Timken, Jamshedpur, she began her professional career with Chambal Fertilizers of K.K.Birla Group in Delhi where she set up the Training & Development function for the organization. She designed the in-house training calendar, did content designing for executive development programs, and co-anchored many behaviour skills-based training programs. She also facilitated rolling out various OD initiatives like Competency Mapping & ADCs, Unique Role Profiling (Job Description), and Job Evaluation (using Hay Group’s methodology).
She was a part of the Assessor’s Training Program conducted by Hewitt Associates and was an empaneled assessor for several in-house Assessment
Development Centers covering 200+ employees across levels and functions. She worked with MeritTrac Services of Manipal Education Group (MEG) where she was process owner for designing/anchoring the Induction & Orientation Program, framing HR Policy & designing Employee Manual, Exit Interviews, Payroll processing, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement and Training & Development function. She was also involved in HR Policy Mapping and integration during the merger phase of MeritTrac with Manipal Education Group.
Thereafter, she moved into a consulting role and joined T V Rao Learning Systems Private Limited (TVRLS)-Bangalore, where she has been involved in designing and implementing various Organizational Interventions such as Competency Mapping, Assessment & Development Centers, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Performance Appraisal Systems, HRD Audit, 360 Degree Feedback and has also assisted in conducting their in-house certificate program on “Designing & Implementing Assessment Development Centers”.
She has also worked on short assignments on Talent Acquisition and has been a visiting faculty for HR/OB & Industrial Psychology at Lorven St. Xavier’s College, Bangalore School of Business Studies, and International Institute of Human Resources (IIHR).
