Moushumi has 19 years of rich cross-cultural work experience in the areas of HRM and Leadership Development. As a Senior Consultant at TVRLS, she actively anchors multiple client engagements in her areas of expertise and facilitates sessions for participants and line managers from the corporate world as well as for students from leading management schools across the country.

She is a certified life coach and an executive coach from the Certified Coaches Alliance and Symbiosis Coaching, USA and her ICF accreditation is currently in progress.

Prior to joining TVRLS, she worked with Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation PTA India where she contributed to Designing & implementing various initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, organizational effectiveness, and employee potential. She was also instrumental in implementing different HR systems & Employee Engagement activities, Skill and Competencies Identification and mapping. Along with identifying training needs she also designed various training modules. She was one of the internal anchor person’s for the Assessment Development Center initiative implemented at Mitsubishi aimed at identifying and developing internal Talent.

She conducted awareness sessions on TQM (Kaizen, Quality Control Circles, etc.). She participated in many State, National and International competitions organized by the Quality Circle Forum of India.
