Nandita has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and academia. She began her career in Public Relations. Later as a conscious move, she got into training and development and has conducted various programs on Communication and Behavioral Skills. As a logical progression, she moved into academics and had been in the academics for 8 years. She was associated with Alliance Business School and R.V. Institute of Management, Bangalore. She has also worked with corporates on shorter HR & OD projects. She is an adjunct faculty of academic institutions such as Christ University.

Nandita is a Master practitioner in NLP and is a Life-Skills Coach.

As a Senior Associate Consultant with TVRLS, she has been involved in the design and implementation of core HRD interventions focusing on Organizational Capability building and Leadership Talent development.  

She has facilitated sessions in Competency Mapping, Performance Management Systems, Designing and Implementing Assessment Development Center (DIADC) as part of the Advanced Learning Programs offered by TVRLS. She regularly conducts various programs and sessions at various B-schools in Bangalore.
