Pareena is a seasoned HR professional with over 27 years of industry experience spanning various Indian and MNC organizations such as HCL, LG, Lucent (Bell Labs) and GE. Pareena has managed the entire gamut of employee lifecycle across multiple Industries & Geographies and she has proven experience in collaborating with business and worked extensively on workforce transition of employees deployed in the Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. She has also worked extensively in Compensation and Benefits, balancing cost and employee aspirations.
