Ravi has more than a decade of rich experience in Human Resources. He started his HR career with Synapse India Management Consultants where he was involved in consulting, outsourcing and training projects. He was part of the team which set up and managed outsourced projects in HR operations and training processes at large global and multi-national organizations. He has hands-on experience indesign and execution of HR and training operations. He has accomplished consulting assignments in Talent Development and OD for organizations within and outside India.

Prior to joining TVRLS, he was working with TATA Teleservices as a Trainer for Kerala circle. He has conducted soft skills and sales related training programs for retail, inbound and outbound sales staff in this role. He has the distinction of having cleared internal certification for Inbound, Outbound and Retail verticals of Mobility business in the shortest time. He has worked with managers on specific interventions aimed at improving the performance of sales staff. He also played a key role in roll out of new programs and onboarding of new channel partners in the circle. As part of the Sales, Service and Retail Team at TATA Teleservices, hehad participated in assessmentsof retail employees of the Tamil Nadu Circle, as an internal assessor. These assessments were conducted to assess retail employees against the competencies defined for the level.

As a Senior Consultant at TVRLS, he is actively involved in the design and execution of key Talent Management and OD interventions. He also regularly takes sessions for the flagship certificate courses on, “Competency Mapping” and “Designing and Implementing Assessment Development Centers”.

He has also facilitated sessions for 360 Degree Feedback and Competency Mapping certificate courses for MBA students.
