For the past five years, Shalini has been working at TVRLS as an Accountant and Administration Executive, where she has consistently demonstrated reliability and ownership in managing end-to-end backend operations that are essential to organizational effectiveness.
In her current role, she wears multiple hats and showcases strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and process orientation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and expense tracking
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cash flow statements, profit & loss accounts, and bank reconciliations
- Generating and processing client invoices, following up for payments, and supporting budgeting activities
- Managing office administration, including procurement, facilities coordination, and vendor management
- Coordinating with external auditors and consultants for compliance and statutory filings
- Supporting HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, drafting letters, and managing onboarding logistics
- Organizing logistics for training programs, internal reviews, and client-facing meetings
